New York (Jan. 20, 2004) -- Ark Restaurants Corp., the operator of dining concepts such as the Bryant Park Grill, Lutéce and Sequoia, based here, has named New Jersey-based accounting firm J.H. Cohn as its auditor.
J.H. Cohn succeeds Big Four firm Deloitte as Ark’s independent accountant, according to a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ark said it had no disagreements with Deloitte on accounting principles or practices, financial-statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedures.
J.H. Cohn said it would audit Ark’s financials for the year ending Oct. 2.
