Armanino Offers Warranty Management and Product Repair for Microsoft CRM

Armanino has released an integrated application for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 that supports the product lifecycle for manufacturers, distributors and medical device and life sciences companies.

The application, which is a part of Armanio’s Certified for Microsoft Dynamics suite of industry modules, manages and monitors standard manufacturing and extended warranty contracts; return material authorizations (RMAs) where products are returned for depot repairs; and field service where technicians make repairs at customer premises.

In addition to technology and manufacturing companies, medical device and life sciences companies can utilize this offering to enable complaint management tracking and support. Also, The RMA function can be used and supported can be supported separately.

“This solution is tailored to satisfy FDA documentation requirements about complaints related to medical equipment or life sciences products, including failure and root cause analysis," said Armanino’s CRM practice leader Scott Mangelson. “Clients who use this solution to automate their FDA compliance create a more efficient and more accurate process for what would otherwise be a labor-intensive compliance activity. If a company needs support in managing and moving material only, the RMA application can be utilized without the other applications.”
