BDO Certified to Implement ONESOURCE

Professional services firm BDO USA has joined the Certified Implementer Program for the ONESOURCE corporate tax solutions product from the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters.

The CIP provides product training and support to accounting and consulting firms, enabling them to work with a range of ONESOURCE software used by its clients in tax and accounting departments worldwide.

BDO claims it selected the CIP because of the sophistication of Thomson Reuters’ tax and accounting software offerings, which are designed to help multinational corporations comply with increasingly complex international requirements

“Taking part in this program gives us the ability to add to our existing services,” said BDO practice leader for national tax automation consulting services Mike Holt. “We'll be able to provide the best service, coupled with sophisticated tax software products that can be highly beneficial to our clients.”

BDO is the fourth firm to join the CIP, with a fifth firm expected to join next week. In addition to BDO, current CIP members include Grant Thornton, RSM McGladrey and Deloitte.
