BeachFleischman forms cross-border venture with Mexico firm

BeachFleischman PLLC, a firm based in Tucson, Arizona, has teamed up with Terán Rojas & Associates, a Mexico-based business services and advisory firm on a joint venture to provide inbound and outbound Mexico and U.S. cross-border business services.

The partnership is part of both firms’ strategic plans to expand internationally. The two firms have already been working together on international taxes, wealth management, compliance, risk management and other services. The collaboration is targeting international businesses involved in exports, manufacturing or distribution of products or services across the U.S.-Mexico border, who have employees or representatives doing cross-border business, or own real estate or have an investment in the U.S. and/or Mexico.

“We understand the speed of change in our world and profession, and the joint venture with Teran Rojas is the next step in our business evolution,” said BeachFleischman CEO Eric Majchrzak in a statement Thursday. “Anticipating and meeting the changing needs of our clients, employees and community remain our primary objective. We are honored to collaborate with Terán Rojas & Associates.”
