Beers + Cutler Formally Rebrands as Baker Tilly

Two months after its blockbuster merger with Baker TillyVirchow Krause, CPA and business advisory firm Beers + Cutler said it hasformally rebranded as Baker Tilly,

The former Beers + Cutler, which was founded in 1976,will serve asthe firm's EastCoast hub as Baker Tilly continues its target of national expansion.

The combined firm has annualrevenue of more than $250 million and more than 1,400members.

Ed Offterdinger, the former managing partner of Beers +Cutler, now serves as the regional managing partner of Baker Tilly's EastRegion, as well as vice chair of the firm's management committee.

The firm will continue to operate from its office inTysons Corner, Va.
