Atlanta (Aug. 19, 2003) -- Best Software launched updated versions of its time and billing packages, Timeslips 2004 and Timeslips for Sole Practitioners 2004.
The latest versions include features allowing users to e-mail bills to their clients, a customizable feature allowing each user to define personal lists of clients and tasks to better manage time and expenses; and a single-click streamlining of time entry to create a time entry in an active timer.
The new release also includes the Timeslips Accounting Link for Peachtree, offering tighter integration between the package and Peachtree Accounting, another Best company.
"The new release offers more features and enhancements to make the application easier to use, encourage productivity and, with the tight integration available through the TAL Pro link, help professional service firms better manage the accounting tasks that help them to bill for the time and services that affect their bottom line," said Jim Portner, head of product management for Best Software Small Business Division.
All of the packages available directly from Best Software and Timeslips for Sole Practitioners 2004 is also sold through retail office stores, for a suggested price of $199.
