Best Software has released the new line of its proprietary Simply Accounting products, a suite that includes Simply Accounting 2005 Basic, Simply Accounting 2005 Pro, Simply Payroll 2005, and Simply Accounting 2005 Premium -- a new offering.
The 2005 version offers more than 75 enhancements and new features, including selection of English or French language operations, a new form designer that enables users to create custom invoices and statements, and access to 25 performance indicators to underscore the health of a business.
Also new for 2005 is Simply Accounting's Premium edition, which offers such features as consolidated financial reporting for multi-company businesses, industry-specific reports, and a flexible chart of accounts with up to eight digits. In addition, the Pro and Premium versions offer "Pocket PC Integration," allowing users to create sales orders, invoices and time slips on a Pocket PC and synchronize with Simply Accounting.
Simply Payroll 2005 is included with every Simply Accounting product and is also available separately, and can be integrated with other accounting packages such as Intuit QuickBooks.
