Bloomington, Minnesota-based BGM acquired R. L. DePanfilis & Co., a CPA and consulting firm in Norwalk, Connecticut.
The deal establishes BGM's presence in Connecticut and expands its footprint in New England. R. L. DePanfilis, founded in 1979, serves businesses, individuals, estates and trusts. Its partners David Gibbs and Kenneth Miller, along with their team, are joining BGM.
