Outsourced billing services provider Billtrust released Online Billing & Payment Version 10, the newest release of its online billing platform, which features over a dozen enhancements focused on ease of use, better response time and more flexibility in the accounts receivable process.
OBP 10 also includes multiple account linking, payment reminders, and new payment options Enhancements were also made to many of the payment reports available in Billtrust’s CustomerCare portal, which can be accessed anytime by a biller.
