Blackbaud, provider of software for nonprofits, has partnered with Northwest Software Technologies to provide an integrated fundraising and auction management solution.

Many nonprofits use both Auction Tracker for auction management and the Raiser's Edge, which provides both traditional and diversified fundraising methods, accounting, and automated administrative processes.

Northwest's Auction-Tracker manages details associated with event planning, including managing the item procurement process for both online and event night auctions, and providing on-the-ground support at the auction to ease the checkout process for guests. By integrating the solution with the Raiser's Edge, nonprofits would be able to allow auction staff and volunteers to provide customer service by identifying attendees who are existing donors. It will also combine auction-related information with data from a donor's main constituent record to allow staff to target appeal appropriately, and it would eliminate duplicate data entry.
