Elizabeth A. Higgins has joined the Shelton office of Top 100 Firm BlumShapiro as director of business development.
With more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, lead generation and relationship management, Higgins is also a member of the New Haven Chamber of Commerce, and the Bridgeport Regional Business Council.
She holds a BA in English from the University of Tampa.
BlumShapiro ranked No. 1 in Accounting Today's 2012 list of New England Regional Leaders, and has offices in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
