Washington (Oct. 17, 2003) -- Tax compliance software giants BNA Software and RIA Compliance are joining forces to develop and market a Web-based solution that "meets all the accounting needs of businesses with more than $100 million in sales."

The product will combine separate Web-based solutions: BNA's BNA Fixed Assets product with RIA's InSource RS and InSource Express RS tax management and compliance software.

“Large-scale enterprise accounting departments require feature-rich fixed assets software that provide high levels of flexibility and control," said Brian Peccarelli, general manager for RIA Compliance, a Thomson business. "Working together, RIA and BNA Software will offer enterprise-level customers unprecedented flexibility and control over their fixed assets accounting -decreasing compliance risk and increasing ROI.”

The two companies are no stranger to working together. For example, BNA's Daily Tax Report is also available as an option on RIA's Checkpoint research platform.
