BQE Software Launches PayPal Button in BillQuick 2005

BQE Software Inc. unveiled a new PayPal payment button within BillQuick 2005, the company's flagship billing and project management software.

PayPal, recently acquired by eBay Inc., is a secure Web site that sends and receives money based on consumers' confirmed bank accounts or credit cards, and then deposits the money into a users' account.

"Time is money," said BQE Software general manager Will Breiholz, in a statement. "Initial customer feedback indicates that BillQuick's new 'Click to Pay via PayPal' option on e-invoices leads to better cash flow and increased revenue for BillQuick users, and provides simple and accurate payment options for their clients."

BillQuick users now have the option to include a PayPal payment on their e-invoices to customers. The button is labeled, 'Click to Pay via PayPal,' and will directly link to PayPal's Web site. The activity is then recorded and tracked within BillQuick.

Customers do not need to have a current PayPal account to use the feature if they use a major credit card, but a BillQuick user must have an account in order to receive payment.
