Brady Ware Merges in Marsh & McConnell

Ohio-based accounting and consulting firm Brady Ware is expanding to Georgia by merging with Atlanta-based Marsh & McConnell.

The merger, which took effect on Jan. 1, will extend the Midwestern firm’s presence to the South. Brady Ware has over 100 staff members in its offices in Dayton and Columbus, Ohio, and Richmond. Ind. “The merger will expand the depth of service, expertise and geographical clout for Brady Ware,” said Brady Ware managing director Gary Adamson in a statement. “We’ve been looking to expand into the Atlanta region for some time and Marsh & McConnell will be a perfect fit for us.”

Marsh & McConnell was founded in 1989 and provides accounting, assurance, tax, business consulting and financial planning. Brady Ware dates back 50 years and specializes in mergers and acquisitions assistance, employee benefits consulting, retirement plan administration, wealth management, and tax strategies for closely held and middle-market companies.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
