California CPA Firms Merge

Two CPA firms on California's central coast have announced a merger: Bianchi, Lorincz, Huey, Hudson & Co. and Kasavan & Pope.

They will combine into a new firm called Bianchi, Kasavan & Pope. The combined firm will have offices in Monterey, Salinas, Hollister and Morgan Hill.

Among the firm's specialties will be tax planning and preparation, retirement planning, audit services, estate and trust tax preparation, payroll services, business valuations and management advisory services. The firm will also provide information technology services through its Professional Computer Solutions department.

The combined firm will have 60 staff members, including 20 CPAs.
