Camico is expanding the range of insurance options it is offering to members of the California Society of CPAs.
In addition to the liability policies that it has been marketing to CalCPA members for over 23 years, the CPA-focused insurer is now providing three additional types of insurance: a business owners package, personal umbrella insurance and workers compensation coverage.
The business owners package protects accounting practices and safeguards assets by combining various forms of basic coverage for property, general liability and medical expenses into one standard package that can also be tailored to more specific business requirements. Camicos personal umbrella insurance product protects individuals by adding liability coverage for claims that exceed, or may not be covered under, the limits of primary insurance policies, ranging from $1 million to $5 million.
The workers compensation insurance provides medical and disability coverage for employees who may experience employment-related illness or injuries, as required by California law, and includes reimbursement for reasonable legal defense expenses.
