Paris (April 18, 2003) — French technology giant Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young, sealed a multi-million-pound contract to manage the IT desktop infrastructure PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the U.K.

Under the terms of the pact, Cap Gemini will provide desktop computers, maintenance, help desk and on-site support for over 17,000 PwC employees in the U.K.
The contract, scheduled to become effective July 1, also includes transferring over 80 employees from PWC to Cap Gemini.
