Charleston, S.C. (Feb. 12, 2003) -- Nonprofit software maker Blackbaud has named Raleigh, N.C.-based Capital Business Solutions as its Reseller of the Year for 2002.
The honor is given to the reseller with the highest overall sales for the year and incorporates other factors such as customer satisfaction for implementation and training. Capital Business Solutions recorded more than $600,000 in sales of the company's Financial Edge software, a 20 percent increase over sales made by the top reseller in 2001, Blackbaud said.
Capital Business Solutions partner Bob Schilling received the Salesperson of the Year award, recording more than $500,000 worth of software sales in nine months.
Capital Business Solutions has been a member of Blackbaud's Business Solutions Provider network since 1998.
