Bruce M. Carlin, managing partner of regional firm Carlin, Charron & Rosen LLP, died of a heart attack on Oct. 2 at the age of 58.

Robert Charron and Larry Rosen, who co-founded CCR with Carlin in 1995, said that the firm's executive committee will choose a new managing partner within a short period of time. "We will all miss Bruce as a partner and a leader," said Rosen. "His entrepreneurial spirit was surpassed only by his commitment to family and his generosity to the community."
