Top 25 Firm Carr, Riggs & Ingram acquired Conroe, Texas-based firm Crowl, Cameron & Associates.
The deal is the firm's seventh acquisition since taking an investment from Centerbridge Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners in 2024. Crowl Cameron adds 12 employees to the team, and expands CRI's presence to 20 offices across 18 cities in Texas.
Crowl Cameron serves the Montgomery County and Greater Houston business communities. It specializes in property and sales tax advisory, along with accounting, tax, and business advisory services for privately held businesses, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.

The Crowl Cameron team will continue working from their current Conroe location under the CRI brand.
