CBH and NeoSystems Announce Strategic Alliance

Cherry, Bekaert & Holland LLP and NeoSystems Corp., an accounting services provider, announced today that they have entered into an agreement that will allow both firms to cross-market their services to new and existing clients.

NeoSystems offers managed accounting services and hosted application services, based on the Deltek suite of software products, to companies involved in contracting with federal and state governments. CBH serves as the primary business advisor to over 25,000 clients, with substantial industry expertise in government contracting.

"This alliance offers CB&H an exciting opportunity to further expand our large and growing government contracting specialty," said the director of CBH's government contractor services group Susan Moser, in a statement.Deltek Systems Inc. helped initiate the discussion between CB&H and NeoSystems. CB&H ranked No. 33 on Accounting Today's 2005 list of Top 100 Firms, with revenues of $58 million and has a regional presence across seven states. Founded in 2000, NeoSystems has over 40 clients using its services.
