CCH unit unveils 10-K Lookup

CCH, a provider of tax and accounting software and services based here, has, via a licensing agreement with 10-K Wizard Technology - an online provider of Securities and Exchange Commission filings - given its Accounting Research Manager customers access to SEC Edgar listings via a new feature titled 10-K Lookup. Terms of the pact were not disclosed.ARM is CCH's proprietary online database of accounting, auditing, SEC and governmental authoritative literature and interpretive guidance.

The new 10-K Lookup - a Web-based service available through ARM's Audit Public and Standard product versions - will feature real-time SEC Edgar filings dating back to 1994 and historical indexes of pre-Edgar filings from 1966, in addition to searchable sections of Form 10-K reports.

The filings and the reports can either be printed or saved as a PDF, in Microsoft Word or in HTML.

"Professionals involved in external reporting rely heavily on ARM's features to support their efforts in understanding SEC accounting rules and regulations," said Cathy Wolfe, vice president of CCH Tax and Accounting Publishing Group, in a statement. "With the new 10-K Lookup feature, they can seamlessly move within ARM from researching rules to examining real-life examples of filings."

A free ARM trial, including the new 10-K Lookup feature, is available at www.accountingresearchmanager.com.

Based in Dallas, 10-K Wizard Technology provides research and alerting services on SEC Edgar filings to more than 12,000 subscribers and 650 corporations.
