Certent Buys DisclosureNet

Equity plan management and financial reporting solution provider Certent has signed an agreement to acquire DisclosureNet.

DisclosureNet’s Software-as-a-Service solutions provide peer comparisons and analysis, access to accounting standards, and quantitative benchmarking for both internal and external reporting. The Toronto-based company’s CEO, Paul Hill, will serve as chief revenue officer at Certent.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Certent’s web-based technology is designed to streamline equity plan management and financial reporting for ASC718 and IFRS, and EDGAR/SEDAR filings in XBRL, HTML, and Inline XBRL.
