This comprehensive solution for more productive, higher-quality external reporting is unique in the market.”

“We are very excited about the benefits our customers will receive from this union,” said Paul Hill, DisclosureNet’s CEO. “Our clients will not only continue to receive excellence in technology and support from the same industry-leading team, but they will also gain an expanded solution to further streamline their reporting process.”

Certent’s web-based technology is designed to streamline equity plan management and financial reporting for ASC718 and IFRS, and EDGAR/SEDAR filings in XBRL, HTML, and Inline XBRL.
