Certify Unveils Dashboard, Mobile Enhancements

Expense management vendor Certify announced new enterprise functionality and features to its software, including a dashboard with greater data and visual elements.

Designed to help accountant and executive clients analyze T&E spending more efficiently, the new dashboard includes a set of charts, graphs and gauges for a visual representation of key metrics from the previous 90 days of data. Each element can be clicked to reveal supporting source data and investigation.

Dashboard elements include Top Expenses by Category, Top Expenses by Type, Expense Policy Violations, Expense Report Statistics across submitted, pending, reimbursed, processed and disapproved reports.

Additionally, the company has enhanced Certify Mobile to support single sign-on using SAML specification.

“The mobile single sign-on capability is a convenience for end users, but also allows our enterprise clients to continue to centrally manage password complexity, password reset requests, and more,” stated Certify CEO Robert Neveu. “This saves our users time and avoids frustration because they do not need to manage an additional username or password to use Certify. The benefits during implementation and deployment allow company IT and security administrators to continue to manage their environment based on their internal security policies.”

Other Certify enhancements include: multiple approval options, improvements to QuickBooks sync, a quick links navigation panel and Certify Mobile mileage maps.
