Teletouch Appoints BDO Seidman: Teletouch Communications Inc., a provider of paging services throughout Southern U.S. markets, has retained national firm BDO Seidman as its auditor, replacing Ernst & Young.

In July, when Teletouch began soliciting proposals for an auditor for fiscal 2004, then-incumbent E&Y declined to participate. The filing did not list a reason for the auditor change. Cobra reported no disagreements with Deloitte & Touche on any matter of accounting principles or practices.
