CompuPay has acquired another payroll service company, Priority Payroll.
Located outside of Las Vegas in Henderson, Nev., Priority Payroll offers payroll, time-keeping and human resource services to midsized businesses across the country. CompuPay is a good cultural fit for our organization and for our clients, said Priority Payroll president Kirsten Arredondo.
CompuPay, based in Miramar, Fla., will continue to operate Priority Payrolls Nevada office and will retain many of its operations personnel. Priority Payroll clients will continue to work with the same payroll specialists with whom they are familiar and will continue to utilize the same payroll software. In addition, they will have access to CompuPays much broader selection of payroll products and related services, including 401(k) retirement plans, workers compensation insurance, COBRA administration services and Section 125 plans.
