"Both Zinman & Company and Alta CPA Group have built exceptional reputations by delivering trusted guidance and personalized service," Sorren CEO Josh Tyree said in a statement. "Their deep client relationships, specialized expertise and commitment to helping organizations succeed make them outstanding additions to Sorren as we continue to strengthen our national platform."

Sorren, based in Meridian, Idaho, ranked No. 48 on Accounting Today's 2026 Top 100 Firms list. The firm reported $192.3 million in revenue, with 101 partners and over 1,100 employees across 24 offices.
