Conn. Firms Announce Merger

The CPA and business advisory firm of Whittlesey & Hadley has merged in the firm of Snyder & Haller. Both firms are headquartered here.
Terms were not disclosed. Going forward the firm will operate under the brand of Whittlesey & Hadley. Snyder & Haller partners Phil Snyder and Jack Haller will join W&H, thereby boosting its partnership ranks to 14, with a total combined staff of more than 75.

Snyder & Haller was founded in 1989 and has a strong client niche in the banking services arena. Meanwhile, the 45-year-old firm of Whittlesey has a primary focus in the governmental and nonprofit niche, as well as credit unions.
