ConvergenceCoaching, an accounting consulting firm, today celebrated its 25th anniversary.
The firm was founded in 2000 by Jennifer Wilson and James Metzler in response to the "emerging convergence of leadership with traditional management and the melding of technology with accounting," according to a statement.

"In 2000, we set out to compel firm leaders to embrace change — in mindset, culture and their approach to running their firms all so they could build firms that would thrive well into the future," Jennifer Wilson, co-founder and partner, said in a statement. "Twenty-five years later, as more boomers retire, that mission is more relevant than ever. We are grateful for the incredible clients and friends who have been part of this journey and we are so energized about the possibilities for what's to come."
Today, the firm works with accounting and consulting firms nationally in areas such as succession planning, growth strategies, leadership development and coaching, and customized consulting services.
"When Jen and Jim invited me to join the small but mighty team in 2001, I could see the vision for a fully remote/hybrid organization that would help CPAs articulate what made them unique, special, and different — something many didn't understand at the time," partner Tamera Loerzel added in a statement. "Over the years, we have tried to foresee the market and transform our services while helping our clients transform their own. It's been a wild ride and a privilege to make a difference every day elevating leaders and watching their success."
