Kelly Fliller, of the Marketing Services Group of local accounting firm Cowan, Gunteski & Co., received a Young Altruistic Professional Award from the United Way.
This is the second year that the YAP Awards have been presented to young professionals who made a difference in Ocean County through volunteerism or philanthropy. CG shareholder Deborah Mathis received one of the inaugural YAP Awards in 2010.
Fliller, who joined CG & Co. in March 2010, is an active member of the Marketing Committee of the United Way of Ocean County and the Social Media Committee of the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council, as well as a board member of the Jersey Shore Business Leaders.
