CPA2Biz Forms Alliance with Greatland

New York (July 17, 2002) -- CPA2Biz, Inc., the Web portal distributor of American Institute of CPA products and services, has formed a marketing alliance with tax preparation products vendor Greatland Corp. and its Nelco division.Under the terms of the partnership, Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Greatland has developed a co-branded Web site (www.cpa2biz.taxforms.com ), at which AICPA members can purchase some of Greatland's tax preparation supplies, including forms, client folders, envelopes and organizers, at a discount.

The AICPA and Greatland said they also plan to "pursue additional joint online and direct marketing programs."
