CPE Link to Offer Online CMA Exam Review Courses

CPE Link has struck an agreement with CMA University to offer Certified Management Accountant exam preparation courses online, using CPE Link’s Web-based technology.

CMA University offers live, instructor-led CMA exam reviews. With CPE Link, CMA University will be able to go beyond in-person seminars and reach a geographically larger audience. People who register for the CMA exam prep courses can attend the course live and also view rebroadcasts any time at their convenience.

“CPE Link, by providing this flexibility, helps us better meet the needs of busy professionals wherever they live and work,” said CMA University founder Tom Coghlan.

The CMA exam validates mastery of the advanced skills required to manage finance functions and deliver value within an organization. Individuals who add the CMA credential to their qualifications earn, on average, $30,000 a year more than their non-certified counterparts, according to salary surveys by the IMA, the association for accountants and financial professionals working in business.

“CPE Link is delighted to make CMA University courses more broadly available because they have an exam review approach that works,” said CPE Link program director Sue Anderson. “Their program is very relevant to the aims of our clientele for continuing professional development.”
