The combined company will operate as Crouch Slavin & Co., with headquarters in Tulsa, and offices in Dallas, Houston and Tampa. Both Crouch Slavin and i.c. bleu develop HR applications based on Sage Abra HRMS, but Crouch Slavin also works with Sage's enterprise resource planning software.

The combined company will have 25 employees, with a total client base of over 400 businesses located across the U.S. Both teams will remain intact, and i.c. bleu owner Cooper Caywood will continue to participate in a strategic planning capacity.
