Doc.It has released the fourth version of its document management suite for accounting professionals, with several enhancements to its workflow and processes, document management features and user interface.
The primary improvements to Doc.It Suite 4 include a new main dashboard interface; new work binders with simple workflow; an enhanced Web portal; a PDF editor; cloud and mobile features for use on laptop, phone and tablet devices; a new archive feature; search, reporting and export tools; and scanner and optical character recognition support.
Doc.It Suite 4 has been in development for 18-months and beta for the last six months.
