London (Oct. 14, 2002) -- Ernst & Young said it has appointed Norbert Becker to the position of global managing partner-finance and infrastructure and chief financial officer.In his new role Becker will be responsible for the finance and infrastructure organization that supports Ernst & Young's global practice.
A 23-year veteran of Arthur Andersen, Becker served as an area managing partner for the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans and the Middle East, and as country managing partner for Luxembourg.
