Eide Bailly has acquired William D. Pyle & Associates, expanding the firm’s tax practice in Boulder, Colo.
The deal, which was announced Thursday, took effect Nov. 1. The acquisition of Pyle’s tax practice adds nearly 350 clients to Eide Bailly’s client base. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Eide Bailly ranked 24th on Accounting Today’s 2011 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $151.8 million in annual revenue
“The acquisition brings additional tax resources, knowledge and expertise to both our current and new clients,” said Rudy Rudolph, partner-in-charge of the Boulder office, in a statement.
Tax manager Dory Troutman, tax associate Ben Boggess and administrative assistant Sarah Hall have joined Eide Bailly from Pyle’s firm.
“We recently moved into new space in Boulder to accommodate expansion opportunities,” said Eide Bailly managing partner and CEO Jerry Topp. “We are excited to bring our clients in the Boulder area additional local resources.”
