Eide Bailly Re-elects Managing Partner Dave Stende

The partners of regional CPA firm Eide Bailly LLP have unanimously re-elected Dave Stende as managing partner/CEO and elected Laura Srisch and Brian Callahan as the newest members of the Eide Bailly board of directors.

Dave Stende was re-elected at last month’s partner meeting to a second three-year term as managing partner/CEO of Eide Bailly. He has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, which includes providing auditing and consulting services for a variety of industries.

Prior to becoming managing partner, Stende held several other leadership positions, including chief operating officer (2006-2013), Fargo office partner-in-charge (2004-2006), and audit practice leader for the Fargo office (1995-2004). Outside of Eide Bailly, Stende is a Tocqueville Society and Majors Division member of the United Way of Cass Clay, and he also serves on the board directors for the Fargo Marathon.

Laura Srsich was elected to a three-year term to the board of directors that began immediately. Srsich is a partner in Eide Bailly’s Golden, Colo., office and is the firm’s director of State and Local Tax. She has more than 27 years of individual, corporate and partnership tax & business consulting experience. She has served clients in a variety of industries including real estate, oil and gas, professional services and closely held businesses. She has also served foreign-owned corporations, U.S. corporations with foreign subsidiaries, tiered partnerships and high net worth individuals. Outside of Eide Bailly, Srsich has served as president of the Alliance of Professional Women Foundation, board member for Make-A-Wish of Colorado, and a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council. She was also recognized as a 2015 Leader of Note by the Colorado Society of CPAs.

Brian Callahan was elected to a three-year term to the board of directors that began immediately. Callahan is located in Eide Bailly’s Denver office and is the partner-in-charge of the firm’s Colorado offices. He has more than 20 years of public accounting experience providing services to a variety of industries, including real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, software and internet, and consumer products. He also has significant experience with SEC filings, including initial public offerings, annual reports and periodic filings. Outside of Eide Bailly, Callahan serves on the executive committee of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation as well as the board of directors for the Skyline Soccer Association. He also is a member of the Audit Committee of the Archdiocese of Denver.
