EISI Develops Retirement Planning Lead Gen Tool

Emerging Information Systems Inc., developer of NaviPlan and Profiles financial planning software, has introduced a new Retirement Consumer Facing Application for Profiles Professional.

Retirement CFA enables prospects to perform a simple self-directed retirement assessment on an advisor’s personalized lead generation Web site. Using a series of questions and interactive slider bars, prospects can see projections for their current situation, explore alternative strategies, and print a report. When they are finished, they are encouraged to contact the advisor for an appointment. The prospect’s contact and basic financial information is sent to the advisor as an email alert and an alert in the Profiles Professional Web application.

Retirement CFA is available for individual advisors and financial firms. Individual advisors can differentiate their Retirement CFA site with their own color and theme choices, text, contact information, and a photo or logo. Lead information is sent to the advisor’s e-mail address and automatically populates their Profiles Professional Alerts page, allowing them to start working with the prospect’s data, including the value of their assets and their what-if results, with no additional data entry by the advisor.

Smaller firms, with multiple Profiles Professional licenses, right up to large financial institutions can place the unique URL on their company Web site and add EISI’s Lead Management Tool, which allows them, from a centralized location, to evaluate, distribute and monitor leads as they move through the system. Once an advisor accepts a lead that has been assigned to them by the firm’s lead administrator, data is passed along to the advisor’s Profiles Professional application.

Retirement CFA can be used in a variety of ways to help generate leads. Advisors can invite prospects to visit their Retirement CFA by promoting their unique URL on their Web site, business card, electronic newsletter or blog, by e-mail, webcasts or podcasts, advertising, via referral partners, or through social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
