EMoney Advisor Releases AdvisorPlatform 3.5

Conshohocken, Pa. (Feb. 26, 2004) -- EMoney Advisor has released the latest version of its Web-based AdvisorPlatform planning software, which includes the ability to get live client net worth statements nightly that advisors can submit to banks on behalf of clients who need to verify their assets quarterly for lines of credit.

The feature is one that eMoney chief executive Edmond Walters said several CPA clients had requested. "CPAs can now get their clients’ net worth statement in a format banks will accept in minutes," Walters said.

Other enhancements to Version 3.5 include the ability to simulate the sale or purchase of an asset, the integration of investment accounts and Fact Finder plan assets so accounts don't need to be entered in two locations, the ability to compare “what if” scenarios against a client's base facts, and the ability to develop, save and compare multiple proposed client plans, as well as new “what if” scenarios for premature spouse death and rises in inflation.

Due to demand from end users, eMoney also added a Frequent Flyer/Awards Manager section to client sites so clients can sign up to a framed-in third-party service for tracking frequent flyer mileage and other point programs.

Walters said the company plans to add efficient frontier simulations to AdvisorPlatform in a version due out this summer.

EMoney's clients include Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company, Century Business Services Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
