Ernst & Young has acquired business performance management consultancy ISA Consulting for an undisclosed sum.
ISA, based in Philadelphia, also has operations in New York, Atlanta, Boston and Washington, D.C. The firm specializes in helping companies improve their efficiency through business performance management, business intelligence and data integration services. The organization will provide Ernst & Young with intellectual property to augment E&Y’s current capabilities in analytics technologies for addressing performance management and improvement.
“The acquisition of ISA Consulting is part of a broader strategy to expand Ernst & Young’s already strong presence in the performance management and analytics market,” said Ernst & Young LLP Americas advisory services leader Bob Patton in a statement.
The global Ernst & Young organization has experienced very strong organic growth in its advisory businesses overall, with more than 20,000 professionals now in the global advisory network. The firm has recently acquired several other consulting firms in the performance improvement market segment in the U.S., including Hacktics, Global Analytics, EnteGreat, Capital City Technologies and Sargas.
