Esposito Appointed to Nasdaq Council

Roseland, N.J. (May 12, 2004) -- Dom Esposito, partner and chief operating officer at national CPA and business advisory firm J.H. Cohn LLP, has been appointed to serve on the Nasdaq Listing Hearing and Review Council.

The Listing Council, a standing, independent advisory committee on listing and corporate governance issues, is responsible for reviewing decisions of the Listing Qualifications Panel, as well as making recommendations to the board on policy and rule changes relating to company listings. Members are appointed by the Nasdaq board of directors.

Esposito served for six years as a member of the Nasdaq Listing and Qualifications Committee to the board of directors.

Recently, Mike Starr, U.S. managing partner of strategic services for Chicago-based Grant Thornton LLP, was also named a member.
