Built on Exact e-Synergy, which leverages a single centralized database and gives businesses constant access to information, Exact Focus for Sarbanes-Oxley allows businesses to create a real-time internal control system that links the critical documents, processes and individuals responsible for financial reporting within an organization.
Financial governance issues supported by Exact Focus include secure collaboration between subsidiaries and external accounting groups, automated alerts on specific financial events, audit trial to prevent or detect fraud, and automated workflow of financial documents to responsible parties.
