Business process solutions provider EXL has launched an integrated accounts receivables management solution combining benchmarking and best practices with analytics to optimize working capital and improve customer experience.

Built on EXL’s proprietary business EXLerator framework that leverages SunGard’s GETPAID technology, the ARM solution uses sophisticated analytics for portfolio risk and root cause analysis for disputed invoices. The ARM solution also has a dashboard monitoring daily activity like cash collections and disputed invoices, enhancing overall communication with customers.

In a global study conducted by EXL and SunGard and surveying more than 200 people from 25 industries, including manufacturing, technology and financial services, 67 percent of participants cited customer experience as the top concern in selecting a provider and 44 percent said poor communication was the main challenge in working with a credit and collections provider.
