FEI Appoints Chair and Board

Financial Executives International has named a new chairman and board of directors for 2008-2009.

Joseph G. DiLorenzo (pictured), a managing officer at movie production facility Plymouth Rock Studios and an FEI member since 1987, is the new national chair of the group. The new vice chair is Brian B. Ruttencutter, former president and CEO of ABC Window.

As co-vice presidents at large, FEI named Gerald R. Ulrich, director of external reporting and compliance at Hershey, and George Boyadjis, CFO of American TeleCare. Seattle Opera CFO Katherine Anderson was named secretary of FEI. The new treasurer is James E. Wall, retired CFO of Core-Mark.

The group also appointed a new chair of the Financial Executives Research Foundation: David B. Braden, assistant vice president and assistant treasurer of Cargill.
