Richey May adds two investors

Top 50 Firm Richey May received an investment from Genstar Capital and Aksia.

The capital will be used to fuel the firm's organic growth and M&A strategy. Genstar and Aksia join Richey May's existing investor F3 Partners as well as Richey May management, who are retaining significant ownership stakes.

In 2025, five firms joined under the Richey May brand, backed by F3 partners, to create what is now the No. 50 ranked firm on Accounting Today's 2026 Top 100 Firms list. Headquartered in Denver, it reported $174.5 million in revenue, with 84 partners and over 770 employees across 23 offices. 

Genstar is a private equity firm based in San Francisco with approximately $51 billion in assets under management. Aksia is a specialist alternative investments provider based in New York.
