FEI Unveils 2004-2005 Officer Slate

Florham Park, N.J. (July 6, 2004) — Financial Executives International, a 15,000-member group comprised of chief financial officers and senior financial executives based here, announced its 2004-2005 slate of officers.

Mary Jo Green, senior vice president and treasurer of Sony Corp. was elected chairman. A member of FEI since 1988, she has held various leadership positions within the group on both a national and local level. Last year she served as vice chair for FEI’s Connecticut/Westchester chapter. Green was a board member for the United Way of Stamford, Conn., the Housing Development Fund of Fairfield County, and the Advisory Board of the University of Connecticut School of Business.

Robert Walker, former chief financial officer of Agilent Technologies, will serve as vice chairman. Richard Schrader, executive vice president and CFO of Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc. in New York, and M. Alexis Dow, metro auditor of Metro in Portland, Ore., will serve as vice presidents at large.

Forbes Baker, controller and chief accounting officer of the Port of Houston Authority in Houston, Texas, will serve as treasurer. David Cavallo, assistant controller for USG Corp., Chicago, will serve as secretary. Joan Netzel, first vice president, audit relationship manager for SunTrust Banks Inc., Atlanta, will serve as board chairman of the Board of Trustees for Financial Executives Research Foundation — FEI’s research affiliate.
