Among the legal services now offered at the company are business formations and restructurings, succession planning, litigation support, buy-sell (redemption) agreements, divorce valuations, estate tax planning, gift tax planning, and wills and trusts. Bob Sperling, a tax services hotline advisor for Fiducial and a tax attorney for 25 years, will help coordinate the company's new offering. Fiducial ranked No. 25 on Accounting Today's 2005 Top 100 Firms list with annual revenues of $75.3 million.
