Corrigan Krause has acquired Klinc & Associates, a firm based in Solon, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.
Corrigan Krause, based in Westlake, Ohio, focuses on servicing closely held businesses in Northeast Ohio. The deal gives the firm a second location in Solon’s business district as part of its expansion in the Cleveland area.

“By establishing a presence in Solon, we're looking forward to expanding our footprint and becoming more accessible to closely held businesses across Cleveland and Northeast Ohio,” said managing partner Thomas L. Harrison in a statement.
The firm has grown its headcount 50 percent in the past three years and recently expanded its office space in its Westlake headquarters.
