Armanino McKenna

Early in June, Armanino McKenna closed its offices in San Ramon, San Francisco and San Jose for a day so its 260 employees could fan out across the Bay Area to volunteer with 15 different community-based organizations and nonprofits in the firm's second annual Great Give Event. Staff ended up donating over 2,000 hours of volunteer time, ranging from painting, gardening, clean up and light carpentry, to interpretation, teaching (through Junior Achievement), and comforting elderly people at senior centers and facilities. In the picture above, AM staff are working with Shelter Inc., a residence organization founded to prevent homelessness and promote self-sufficiency.
