On Oct. 18, the society was due to host its 15th annual golf tournament and auction for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Texas Gulf Coast at Sweetwater Country Club to grant wishes for children with life-threatening diseases. Berkman and 6-year-old Dustin were co-hosts of the event.
